Colouring and having fun!

It is a very simple activity to practice Reading and colours. The kids have to follow the instructions given by painting the figures in the correct colours.
To refresh the name of the different ítems and colours studied in previous lessons, print and show the students the flashcards presented below and the map.

Let's watch Matilda! The Musical at Cambridge Theater

One of the most interesting experiences to be lived in London is to attend a musical in the theater. There are many musicals suitables for kids, as The Lion King, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Aladdin, Billy Eliot, Wicked... I have choose Matilda for this activity. The idea is to perfom we take the kids to the theater, and wacht some videos you can click below. Also the environment has to be prepared, as placing the chairs in a certain way making rows and the material has to be shown, like leaflets or posters. Each child will have his ticket and it will be given to the teacher (who performs been an usher)who shows their seats. The film can be played previously, in pills of 25 minutes for days, as its total duration is 102minutes.
